Refund Policy

At The Roaming Kiln, we want you to be completely happy with your booking or purchase. Please read our refund and cancellation terms below:

Workshops & Events

• Cancellations by you: Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.

• Cancellations by us: In the unlikely event we need to cancel, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future event.

Pottery Kits & Hires

• Once a kit has been collected/delivered, we cannot offer refunds. If your plans change before collection, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to arrange a credit note or new date.

Handprint & Keepsake Pottery

• As each piece is made to order and personalised, refunds cannot be issued once work has begun. If there is a fault with the item, please contact us within 7 days of collection and we will happily put it right.

General

• Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
